Job Description :
- Lead development activities of various modules of ServiceNow, primarily ITSM, ITOM, TPRM
- Create and/or review design documents; present them to customer and coordinate sign-offs
- Lead process improvement/standardization efforts in an IT field as identified by IT and business leadership.
- Coordinate with other process teams to identify cross-program dependencies and leverage resources appropriately.
- Develop strategies and plans to assess impacts and potential risks of solution alternatives, and to identify solution component sharing and opportunities for re-use.
- Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new ServiceNow solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.
- Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suite
- Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC and Knowledge
- Responsible for integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other Infrastructure tools
- Manage implementation and execution of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics
- Responsible for implementation of ServiceNow Data Model
- Oversee ServiceNow scripting and security best practices.
- Exceptional Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web Services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
- 10+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
- Must be able to manage and supervise technical staff of up to twenty.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Experience with end-user and stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
