Job Description

• Should be minimum 8-10 Years of testing experience
• Must be proficient in test planning, effort estimation, deriving the test approach for the releases. Experience test automation (Selenium, RFT) is added advantage.
• Leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the test planning, automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization.
• Reviewing product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.
• Experience with Web Services testing and Web Based Application and database testing
• Extensive experience with building automation test frameworks besides the ability to write automation code using functional test tools
• Proficient with multiple test case management tools (Client, Jira Plugins)
• Proficient with requirements and defect management test tools (JIRA)
• Good to have with testing HTTP web services (SOAP, REST) using automation tools like SOAPUI
• Good knowledge in SQL. Ability to write SQL queries to extract/transform/load/verify test data..
• Ability to work in a Unix/Linux environment
• Proven delivery experience in an Agile development and testing environment
• Understanding of the role of gate keeper of the QA environment and fulfilling this role
• Track new revisions, builds, and components deployments to QA environments
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Must have exposure in Continuous Integration (Jenkin)
• Experience in application and regression test bed profiling
• Custom framework definition and design as per the requirement
