Our team is passionate about crafting memorable moments, and we're looking for a Corporate Event Sales Manager who shares our enthusiasm for hospitality, business development, and high-impact event execution.

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Corporate Event Sales Manager with an established client portfolio and a strong background in planning, selling, and executing corporate events. This role is crucial in generating $5M to $6M USD in annual revenue. The Corporate Event Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations and work closely with General Managers and Executive Chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Event Sales Business Development

  • Leverage existing industry connections and client relationships to generate event bookings.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close high-revenue event contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive inbound event sales.
  • Identify market trends and competitor insights to stay ahead of industry demand.
  • Work with the operations team to target and convert potential clients while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.


? Event Planning Execution

  • Oversee event logistics, catering, entertainment, and vendor coordination to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to guarantee smooth event operations and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop event proposals, brochures, pricing packages, and promotional materials to drive bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing structures, and venue capacity guidelines.


? Marketing Promotion

  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop sales campaigns, targeted outreach, and promotional materials.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local companies, community leaders, travel planners, and destination management companies (DMCs) to increase lead volume.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base.


? Sales Revenue Strategy

  • Lead weekly sales meetings to review outreach efforts, lead pipeline, revenue forecasts, and budget goals.
  • Develop annual sales plans, pricing structures, and revenue targets in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ensure sales data, revenue projections, and profitability metrics are accurately maintained.


Qualifications Experience:

  • 5+ years of event sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, or venue management.
  • Proven track record of driving $5M+ in annual event sales revenue.
  • Strong industry relationships with Fortune 500 Companies, Community Leaders, hotels, Small Business Entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and event agencies in California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and Texas.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Expert negotiation, client management, and contract structuring skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-value events simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and networking events.


Job Conditions Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, and move freely between event spaces during execution.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds for event setup.
  • Frequently required to perform administrative work using computers, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
