Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert on Platform Products & Architecture.
- Onboard new users and manage feature requests for platform enhancements.
- Develop Integration Diagrams & API Contracts between applications.
- Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for technical requirements within the scrum team.
- Provide technical support and act as a backup for the Product Owner (PO).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification.
- 5+ years of experience as an Architect in Requirement Management & System Integration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Product-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
