About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire a Software Engineer, Frontend to help build and refine our cutting-edge web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create seamless user experiences. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality UI components, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining best practices in front-end development.

You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Possess strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an emphasis on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Have experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
  • Are familiar with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Even better if you:
  • Have experience with TypeScript and state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex.
  • Are knowledgeable about performance optimization techniques and accessibility best practices.
  • Have worked with design systems or component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Understand CI/CD pipelines and have experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
  • Have a passion for UX/UI design and can collaborate effectively with designers to bring concepts to life.
