The Business Operations team supports sales, account, and engagement leaders. We bring efficiency to internal functions and enable consultants to focus their time on our clients.
What You'll Do
The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of one or more portfolios (up to 100M annual revenue). This role reports to the TOLA Business Operations Manager and we are open to Analyst or Senior Analyst level.
Responsibilities include:
Assist pursuit leads in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data in our systems
Facilitate deal review process and governance
Support account planning processes
Facilitate account onboarding for strategic accounts (background checks, client credentials, equipment, etc.)
Monitor engagement financials and partner with delivery teams to mitigate risks
Validate and reconcile consultant time entry
Provide metrics and reporting to support account, industry, and market leaders
Act as a liaison to the Engagement Management Office and other global services teams to research complex questions and troubleshoot issues
Champion global initiatives and provide process support for the business
Identify growth
Location:
Houston
Hybrid role, with at least 2 days a week at the Houston office and the balance remote
Qualifications:
4-7+ years professional work experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Financial aptitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Exceptional analysis skills
Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Excel, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Interest in identifying and driving process improvement
Preferred experience:
Professional services industry experience
Salesforce or similar CRM tool
Power BI or similar analytics tool
