React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.
GENERAL SUMMARY
As Clinical Sales Specialist you will be responsible to educate DMEs and referral sources on React Health Sleep and Respiratory products and Services.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $105,000 per year

As Clinical Sales Specialist you will be responsible to educate DMEs and referral sources on React Health Sleep and Respiratory products and Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience in respiratory or sleep background with knowledge in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) space.
- Excel at working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across our strong portfolio of sleep and respiratory products
- Develop superior knowledge of our Products and Solutions and be seen as an expert to our customers.
- Have a clear understanding of the clinical pathway of a patient from hospital to a homecare setting
Preferred Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
- Credentialed Sleep Technologist
Preferred Experience
- Medical Sales experience calling on physicians or clinicians.
- Sleep Lab experience
Physical Demands
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
- Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
Working Conditions
- Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of all React Health Sleep and Respiratory Products and Services as well understand of how to position them in the DME, Sleep Lab and Physician space.
- Show a clear understanding of the clinical applications and benefits of our Sleep and Respiratory Products. Demonstrate the ability to present these in an effective way in a Virtual or LIVE setting.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong product knowledge, positioning yourself as resource for customers and timely follow-up.
- Be a conduit for Sleep and Respiratory Market updates and Customer Feedback to Sales, Marketing and Leadership on trends or challenges. Use internal processes developed to capture feedback. (NetSuite or TEAMs)
- Build, Manage and Update customer contacts and interactions. Use internal tools to capture activities and contacts in NetSuite.
- Work with React Health IT Team on software improvements or issues with iCode Connect.
- Build strong Product knowledge of React Health products and software solutions. This would include both sleep and respiratory products.
- Respond in a timely manner to give an exceptional customer experience. Expectation is same day response.
- Follow-up in a standard way to ensure effectiveness of in-services through NetSuite.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to support Patient Interface and Device education through in-services to targeted customers and physicians to increase knowledge of the React Health brand product.
- Educate and train our DME partners and referral sources on React products as well as software support.
- Support DME Customers with Virtual in-services and training to clinicians to promote React Health brand sales.
- Capture customer feedback on our products and services and relay information back to internal Teams at give an understanding of our market and customer needs.
- Work with our internal Team on building a process for customer feedback for any product or service issues to help identify and resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Work to build a bridge between the field and IT on needs or issues with iCode Connect.
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
- Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
- Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
- Provides customer focused interactions.
- Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department
