Role Summary:
We are hiring a Director, Practice Management and Training. You will report to the Chief Client Officer and work directly with Purpose's executive team, leaders of teams across functions, and stakeholders across Purpose Unlimited. Role Summary:
We are hiring a Director, Practice Management and Training. Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop a training and growth strategy for our advisor, portfolio manager, and SMB owner audience.
- Build content and training for PMs, Advisors, and SMB owners.
- Consult and work with existing clients to improve business performance.
- Build out and lead a team focused on content development and growth for advisors.
- Create content and training focused on improving advisors and small businesses.
- Build communities of interest around key client segments to encourage self-education.
- Work with key business partners; including product and marketing, to develop a distribution and annual event calendar to engage our clients and build community.
- Develop an analytic framework to evaluate the performance of growth and learning strategies and ensure value creation
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in advisor engagement, learning, and development or sales roles with a strong focus on execution. The following criteria will be key in evaluating the person:
- Minimum 5 years of developing content and training for a distributed sales force.
- Exhibits exceptional problem-solving skills. You can develop solutions for Advisors and execute their delivery with precision.
- Embraces technology and the role it plays in financial services. Specifically, you have the flexibility to navigate multiple applications simultaneously to deliver creative and unprecedented solutions.
- Has great project management and delivery skills.
- Ability to engage with clients in a meaningful way to understand their requirements.
- Experience working with stakeholders to define problems/opportunity statements, prioritize in ambiguous scenarios, layout data-driven solutions, and identify features and requirements
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple & and easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g., advisors, small business owners, partners, etc)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of wealth management/wealth operations.
- Accreditation in training and curriculum development.
- Experience driving change in advisor audiences.
