We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company's overall growth strategy by crafting compelling narratives around our products, spearheading key Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and campaigns, and directly supporting sales opportunities and customer retention. This highly collaborative role will work regularly with Product and Engineering, Sales, Partnership, Demand Generation, and Account Management. This individual will work across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.

What You'll Do
- Market and Customer Understanding
- Conduct market research to deeply understand the healthcare industry, including key trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Identify and segment target B2B audiences, developing buyer personas that reflect their unique challenges and goals.
- Product Positioning and Messaging
- Develop and articulate clear, compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to different buyers and influencers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Design and execute company-wide go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Define KPIs for product marketing initiatives and track performance against objectives.
- Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales teams to develop effective tools, resources, and training materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Communicate value propositions and differentiation to sales teams to enable success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success to align strategies and drive cohesive execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions, influencing product development and strategy decisions.
- Demand Generation and Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that drive demand among B2B target buyers.
- Support customer retention and growth strategies by equipping client-facing teams with the messaging, tools, and reporting they need to effectively serve customers.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, inclusive of 3+ years in healthcare
- Experience working in the pharmacy space is preferred
- Practical knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing launch framework or other Product Marketing framework is preferred.
- Experience generating market research and buyer personas to craft compelling messaging, with a passion for distilling complex products into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- Ability to develop innovative messaging and marketing campaigns
- Exceptional storytelling, communication skills and ability to present in front of an audience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into details when needed.
- Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable collaborating and contributing in cross-team projects.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
