- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the service line, aligning with overall business objectives and client needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective service delivery by optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Oversee the service line's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management practices.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in service line management within the insurance vertical. Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Industry-specific certifications or qualifications
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
