SR. BIM/CAD SPECIALIST - SOUTH FLORIDA OFFICE

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE MEP/FP INDUSTRY; STRONG REVIT/AUTOCAD SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES

The responsibilities and qualifications required for this position are as follows:

• Coordination with BIM Manager, external and internal project team with regard to project scope and model/drawing configuration
• Creation and maintenance of Revit MEP models and AutoCAD MEP drawing packages per company standards and processes
• Coordination of Revit and AutoCAD file exchanges with external team members
• External Revit Model and Drawing background updates
• Revit and AutoCAD technical support for all team members (internal and external)
• Support of Revit and AutoCAD BIM Development efforts as directed by BIM Manager and Engineering staff

Requirements

• An Associate's Degree in Design/Drafting or related A/E/C discipline is desired
• TEN (10) years of BIM/CAD experience in the AEC/MEP industry.
• Strong familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assist both internal and external project team members is required
• Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in BIM, Revit and AutoCAD as well as a great attitude, technical expertise and customer service skills
• Adept at learning new software, processes and approaches.
• Read and understand design and contract documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
