Description:

The successful candidate will have medical experience and expertise in the identification and treatment of eye diseases and diseases of vision and the visual pathways in adults and children. Completion of a residency in Ophthalmology is required, and at least a one-year accredited fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology. Pediatric neuro-ophthalmology experience is a plus. Research and clinical teaching experience are of significant importance. The University of Alberta seeks a candidate with a proven track record of publication in peer reviewed journals.

Applicants must be licensed in good standing, or eligible for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA). Candidates will be required to participate in the ophthalmology call schedule.
