Salary: $105k-$125k + Bonuses; Equity Opportunity!!

We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to join our team, help us scale, and establish our brand as a leader in the industry.

Requirements:

• At least 7-10 years of HVAC experience, strong residential experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, operations, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage a budget, analyze financial reports, and drive business growth
• Ability to handle customer relations
• Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations with the ability to wear multiple hats
• Manage, train, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.
• Implement and manage staff in doing things the One Hour franchise way
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and employment laws
• Must understand how to read a balance sheet, income statement, and manage cashflow
• Set revenue targets and develop strategies for business growth
• Oversee pricing strategies and cost estimates for services and contracts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through online reviews
• Recruit, train, retain and mentor HVAC technicians and support staff
• Conduct performance reviews with all staff by setting KPIs and setting clear goals/expectations
• Schedule trainings for staff both through the programs offered through the franchise and externally

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
