We are seeking a strategic and ambitious Director of Business Development to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for increasing company revenue by developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of creating and executing on GTM strategy for business development.
  • Creating and generating new leads/opportunities for accessiBe within Biz Dev ICP.
  • Partnerships Lead Generation focused in the following target markets: CMS Platforms, Business Solutions (ex: Web hosting, Insurance, Payment processors, SaaS solutions).
  • Bottom of Funnel Activities: Pipeline management, deal structuring, negotiations, closing.


Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years in enterprise sales/business development and 5 years in people management preferably in enterprise sales/business development
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully closing a high velocity of high ticket deals within the SaaS industry and ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in a high-tech or high-growth environment, showcasing adaptability to dynamic business landscapes.
  • Possess a strong sense of business and revenue dynamics, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Exhibit fearlessness and decisiveness in approaching challenges and making impactful decisions.
  • Stay at the forefront of technology trends, showcasing a tech-forward and savvy approach to business development.

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $125,000-$150,000 base salary (OTE ~275-290K), plus equity and this will be based on your experience and skill sets.
