About this role

In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, health economists and other cross-functional teams to deliver and iterate on scalable healthcare data products and predictive models to deliver measurable value to our clients. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for prediction and measurement of ROI for our partners and clients. You will manage the product lifecycle from strategy development to operational implementation, enabling internal teams with tooling and data to ensure new initiatives drive ROI by reducing healthcare costs and improving clinical outcomes. You will work with executive leadership to ensure that these initiatives align with broader product, company, and market strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills to manage projects. You will use data to inform product decisions, making adjustments as needed to maximize value delivery to clients.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Lead product vision, strategy, and objectives for healthcare data platform, derivative prediction, and measurement products to drive engagement and clinical outcomes.
  • Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration. Mentor team members in adoption of these best practices.
  • Ship products within a cross-functional team, working closely with engineering, data science, sales/marketing, and the clinical team throughout the whole process.
  • Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team.
  • Track usage analytics, and impact of launches.
  • Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.
  • Demonstrate ability to scale successful initiatives through process optimization and automation to maximize efficiency.


Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product management.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output.
  • Demonstrated success in leading development of products and features from inception to delivery.
  • Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret ROI metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare startup or digital health company.
  • Experience working with healthcare claims data.
  • Experience working with clinical teams, engineers and data science.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and the healthcare ecosystem (e.g., Electronic Health Records, risk adjustment, clinical decision support systems).
  • Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate technical and clinical insights into strategic product decisions that drive value.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $150,400 - $225,600
