Your 'day to day':
  • Develop and implement the commercial plans for our smoke-free products in the assigned branches of the military. This includes education, awareness and sales efforts, to ensure smoke-free product performance and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences, focusing on key accounts including military exchanges (B2B2C) and brand building touchpoints (caf/bars/events).
  • Define relevant consumer engagement opportunities where 21+ consumers can learn about the products and category.
  • Promote and build a positive perception of smoke-free products among 21+ consumers by leading and direct-to-consumer related activities within assigned military communities..
  • In collaboration with the Commercial Director, the Manager will have input into the design of the commercial strategy for the assigned military communities, ensuring superior consumer experience across all sales and experience channels.
  • Establish and manage the military channels footprint and investments focusing on revenue and, cost management to ensure expected return; The role includes implementation of quality consumer engagement activities and education opportunities leading to conversion to smoke-free products away from cigarettes as well as tracking financial efficiency and reporting of same.
  • Team management and coordination of the field team for the military community engagement, including but not limited to third party field teams. Accountable for coordination of deployment plans into a field ready state and responsible for results delivered via these teams.
  • Developing, adjusting, and handling a network of communication channels (B2B2C and B2C) across military communities to maximize consumer reach and channel performance.


Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar field
  • Background in consumer experience engagement and activations with a new product/category
  • Experience with third party vendor management, project management, and event management required.
  • Key Account Chain Management and Field Sales Management ideally on U.S. military bases
  • Skilled in MS systems excel & powerpoint
  • Solid story telling and analytical skills a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of progress simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel 40% each month.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
