Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Mid 3x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shift)

Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

License: State license required by start date, pending license accepted must be active by start date

Certifications: BLS, ACLS required

Must-Have:
- EPIC charting experience
- Telemetry experience
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias experience
- Travel experience

Job Description:
- The position requires floating to all adult acute care units, including Medical-Surgical and Stepdown.
- Will work with patient ratios of 1:4-6.
- Must work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule.
- Modules are completed pre-start and can vary by specialty.
- High School Diploma required.
- The orientation includes 12 non-billable hours.
- COVID-19 vaccine is not required; flu vaccine status is unknown.
- Compliance documents are due the Tuesday prior to start.
- A block schedule accommodation is to be determined.
- Facility highlights include being a Magnet, Teaching, Level 1 Trauma center.
