As a Senior Procurement Project Specialist here at Honeywell, you will hold a key role responsible for managing procurement projects and initiatives within the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will play a pivotal part in driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment across the procurement function. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of procurement projects by leveraging your expertise in project management, cost savings, and process improvements within the IA SBG. You will report directly to our Procurement Project Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location. In this role, you will: - Oversee procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery, ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline. - Contribute to the development and execution of the IA SBG's procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity goals. - Assess and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions, compliance issues, and quality control, to ensure continuity and quality of supply. - Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to maintain relationships that foster collaboration and continuous improvement. - Ensure that procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards, including ethical and sustainability practices.

- 6+ years of experience in project management and team leadership
- Knowledge of supply strategies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities
