Principal Back-End Engineer

We are seeking a talented Principal Back-End Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant software systems that drive the success of our medical solutions.
Principal Backend Engineer

• Location: Greater Boston / Northshore
• Compensation: $130k-$150k + target bonus + benefits
• Hybrid: On-site 3+ days per week
• Industry: Medtech

Position Highlights:

• Software Design (formal software designs, requirements, specifications)
• C# / .NET Experience
• SQL Server Experience (Designs, Queries, SPROCs, TSQL)
• Microservices/Docker/Kubernetes & Cloud architecture
• 8+ years of experience in back-end development, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare or regulated industry

• FDA Regulated Environment
• Cybersecurity (Threat model, SOUP Assessments, CVSS scores)
