Pay : $124,000 - $156,000 depending on experience
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Radiation Therapist administers radiation therapy treatments to patients. Key responsibilities include ensuring precise positioning of the radiation beam to target the designated tumor volume and accurately delivering the prescribed dose. This role supports and adheres to the company's Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

- Santa Clarita, CA: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (can make up hours if desired at Mission Hills clinic)
- Mission Hills, CA: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Radiation Therapist administers radiation therapy treatments to patients. Key responsibilities include ensuring precise positioning of the radiation beam to target the designated tumor volume and accurately delivering the prescribed dose. Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and accurately record radiation therapy treatments as directed by a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
- Input and maintain patient treatment parameters in the electronic medical record.
- Assist in clinical instruction and training of newly hired therapists and students.
- Support the maintenance of patient appointment schedules and ensure correct billing information submission.
- Prepare and cut blocks accurately, when applicable.
- Create custom molds with precision.
- Perform simple mu calculations with accuracy.
- Interpret computerized treatment plans correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
- ARRT certification required.
- Valid state license for radiation therapy.
- Radiation Therapist I: 0-3 years of active experience as an RTT.
- Radiation Therapist II: 3-5 years of active experience as an RTT.
- Senior Radiation Therapist: 5+ years of active experience as an RTT.
