Job Summary: Responsible for managing the financial modeling, ROI analysis, and is responsible for providing timely,
accurate and actionable data and analysis supporting supply chain initiatives. Prepares financial analyses and
assessment for new and existing supply chain initiatives; Conducts problem solving of key processes and
makes recommendations to improve financial performance; develops, implements, monitors and reports on
financial performance metrics; prepares business plans; conducts extensive research; Creates reports and
management presentations; Provides project management leadership; Utilizing benchmarking tools, conduct
financial analysis to support cost savings initiatives. Reviews and benchmarks hospital's local and GPO
agreements to ensure we are receiving optimal pricing from our vendors. Conducts research to identify "like"
products for comparison and provides documentation validating the clinical efficacy of the product. This
position must be able to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time to meet demanding
deadlines, work independently to own and manage projects that are time sensitive and critical with little or
minimal supervision. The position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to
collect and analyze appropriate financial and clinical data for financial and clinical decision-making; must have
strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and technical skills with a strong attention to detail.. May
perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or equivalent work
experience in a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in performing financial analysis, data
analytics, systems analysis, or business process analysis in the healthcare industry. Proficient with Microsoft
Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access). Experience working with inventory management and
procurement software. Must be able to communicate effectively and make recommendations to project teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in performing financial analysis, data analytics, systems analysis, or business
process analysis preferably in the healthcare industry. Previous experience supporting Value Analysis
Committees or Strategic Sourcing/Procurement contract analysis and negotiations, experience with basic
hospital accounting and reimbursement, project management skills.
Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
