Must Have Skills:
1. Java 17/21, Spring Microservices, Spring Boot,
2. ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Oracle, PL SQL
3. Azure, PCF, DevOps ( CI/CD) GitHub Pipeline/workflow, Terraform

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Springboot Microservices, Microservices, Spring Boot, Core Java, and Azure. This role is hybrid, with no travel required, and operates during the day shift. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. 8 member team and it is for tech lead. Should have knowledge in End to End from requirement to production deployment. Azure Certifications and hands on experiences in T erraform will help in getting positions. Spring Security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Core Java.
• Oversee the development and deployment of microservices on Azure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all development activities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
• Identify and address technical challenges and risks, proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all developed solutions, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Core Java.
• Demonstrate proficiency in deploying and managing applications on Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud-native development.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.
• Show strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
