Description:
Fast growing Family Office and Investment Management Firm has an immediate need for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO/Founder and Chief Investment Officer in serving as the financial guardian of the family's wealth. This is a private family office dedicated to managing and growing the wealth of it's principals through active trading, strategic investments, and a disciplined approach to financial management. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, acting as a key advisor on wealth strategy, risk management, financial decision-making, long-term wealth preservation, tax strategies, and financial oversight of philanthropic pursuits and other growing entities in the family's portfolio.
This role requires a seasoned family office professional with exceptional financial expertise, adept at managing intricate family structures with sensitivity and strategic foresight. The ideal candidate brings a a deep understanding of multi-generational wealth management along with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, while aligning strategies with the family's values and long term objectives.
Requirements:
Compensation: $300,000-$350,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior-level financial leadership role (CFO, Head of Finance, etc.)
- Strong track record of success from a family office setting or managing complex, multi-entity financial structures
- Extensive expertise in investment strategies, risk management, and tax planning, particularly in a family office environment.
- A holistic approach to wealth management, encompassing investments, philanthropy, and generational wealth planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity when handling sensitive financial matters.
- Advanced degree or certification: CPA, CFA, MBA, etc.
- Experience from a multi-entity environment
- Some exposure to philanthropic or mission driven initiatives, including both financial and strategic oversight
Compensation: $300,000-$350,000
