L'administrateur des ventes et du service client sera l'agent de liaison cl de nos quipes de direction des ventes et de nos quipes ventes, et la personne aura galement des interactions frquentes avec la clientle afin de coordonner leurs services lis aux dchets spciaux. Plus prcisment, ce poste assurera la communication avec la clientle ds la demande de service, avec les transporteurs et les partenaires de disposition. L'administrateur compilera et prsentera des rapports aux clients et l'quipe de vente, participera au processus de facturation, maintiendra les donnes de vente dans le CRM, maintiendra la base de donnes des contrats, aidera monter des offres/appels d'offres, grera les enqutes et la rsolution des plaintes, les questions relatives la facturation, le suivi des comptes payables et des comptes recevoir, etc.
The Sales and Customer Service Administrator will be a key liaison for our sales leadership and sales team, and will also have frequent interactions with customers to coordinate special waste services. This position will receive service requests from our customers; communicate and coordinate services with haulers and disposal partners; compile and present data to customers and the sales team; participate in and compile customer QBR's; maintain CRM and sales data; maintain contract database; assist in the compilation of bids/offers; participate in the billing process; manage complaint investigation and resolution as needed. The Sales and Customer Service Administrator will also assist in collection efforts for key customers who are behind on payment, as well as troubleshooting billing questions and concerns from customers.

$65,000 - $70,000 an hour

- Rpondre aux questions des clients et recevoir les demandes de service par courrier lectronique et par tlphone.
- Contacter les fournisseurs pour coordonner les demandes de service
- Recevoir les factures des fournisseurs et coordonner la facturation des clients avec le Service financier.
- Assurer le bon droulement de la facturation et participer l'amlioration des procdures (SOP).
- Fournir un soutien administratif notre responsable des ventes de dchets spciaux et d'autres membres de l'quipe.
- Soutenir les projets cls et les initiatives commerciales en suivant les livrables des membres cls de l'quipe et en assurant le suivi des points en suspens, en faisant remonter les informations la direction si ncessaire, et en identifiant les problmes et les retards dans l'accomplissement des tches identifies.
- valuer les processus/procdures actuels et combler les lacunes au sein des dpartements ou entre eux en collaborant avec les principales parties prenantes pour laborer de nouvelles procdures.
- Examiner les " pipelines " de Salesforce et rsumer les principales activits au directeur des ventes.
- Effectuer des recherches ad hoc sur des sujets sortant du cadre normal de l'activit commerciale.
- Soutenir l'quipe de vente dans la saisie des donnes et la gestion des informations et des commentaires des clients dans le CRM.
- Soutenir l'quipe de vente dans la production de rapports.
- Contribuer l'organisation et au soutien des runions de vente nationales
- Participer la gestion d'un calendrier de vente pour les appels d'offres.
- Participer aux efforts de recouvrement
- Aider rpondre aux questions de facturation
- Participer la mise jour hebdomadaire pour rencontrer l'quipe des ventes afin de prioriser toutes les demandes en suspens et de s'assurer qu'elles ont t correctement saisies dans notre systme de suivi (Opportunit/Cas).
- Travailler en collaboration avec tous les dpartements
- Answer customer questions and receive service requests via email and phone
- Contact vendors to coordinate service requests
- Receive vendor invoices and coordinate customer billing with Finance
- Ensure billing efficiency and participate in SOP improvements
- Provide administrative support to our Special Waste Sales Manager and other team members
- Support key projects and business initiatives by tracking deliverables of key team members and following up on outstanding items, escalating to leadership as needed, and identifying issues and delays in completion of identified tasks.
- Evaluate current process/procedures and address any gaps within or between departments by working with key stakeholders to develop new SOPs.
- Review Salesforce pipelines and summarize key activities to Director of Sales
- Conduct ad hoc research on items outside the normal scope of sales activity
- Support the sales team with data entry and management of customer information and feedback.
- Support sales team with reporting
- Help organize and support national sales meetings
- Assist in managing a sales calendar for RFP's
- Assist with collection efforts
- Help troubleshoot billing inquiries
- Participate in weekly update to meet with Sales Team to prioritize all outstanding requests and ensure they have been properly input into our tracking system (Opportunity/Cases)
- Work collaboratively with all departments

- Habilit dvelopper et amliorer des processus administratifs
- Autonome tout en tant l'aise dans le travail en quipe
- Bilingue (crit et oral)
- Exprience dans les secteurs de soins de sant, dchets dangereux et/ou dchets spciaux.
- Previous experience with administration tasks, customer service and project management
- Enjoy working with customers and striving to provide excellent service

- Be precise and detail oriented
- Have excellent data management skills - Excel, Salesforce, Powerpoint, competent in using ERP systems.

- Experience with one or more of the following industries: healthcare, hazardous waste or special waste
