Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Work with pharmacy teams to develop tools which support and/or streamline business development activities at HealthTrust
• Work with large pharmaceutical data sets to synthesize information, analyze anomalies and report out on opportunities
• Manage larger projects which require involvement from multiple parties, manage deadlines and report out on progress, activities, feedback loop
• Development of sales enablement capabilities, including tools for prospecting of current categories, and new category launches
• Support efforts to introduce capabilities to prospective members and engage with business development resources at various HR vendors
• Develop dynamic reporting to support business development and reporting needs
• Conduct market research for prospecting or business development tool-related efforts
• Support GPO and PBM program data-related initiatives using SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation languages and tools

What you will need for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in either math, science, business, marketing, health administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' previous experience in analytics focused role.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships and working collaboratively across multiple teams
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy
• Effective communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management/execution skills and ability to drive projects to completion; deadline driven
• Healthcare and pharmacy background is a plus!
