- Communication devices needed for work will be supplied if required; otherwise, a reimbursement policy for work-related cell phone use is in place
- Modules must be completed pre-start and annually, non-billable with an average of 16 hours spent; over 20 hours requires management approval
- 40 hours of non-billable orientation required
