Our air, land, and sea machinery budget is staggering; yet these large assets can still be vulnerable to very small weapons. When swarm technology comes into its own, the asymmetry will escalate. Nowhere is the pattern more glaring than in small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS)-drones.
What you will be doing
Neros is looking for reliable pilots for the N1 Archer. This role will be pulled between RnD technician, demo pilot, and RnD pilot.

What you will be doing
Neros is looking for reliable pilots for the N1 Archer. This role will be pulled between RnD technician, demo pilot, and RnD pilot.
Responsibilities
RnD Testing:
- Tinkering and working with engineers on both the air and ground side systems.
- Having a deep understanding of how each system works and how they integrate with each other.
- Running day-to-day flights.
- Help refine test procedures.
Flight Operations/Piloting:
- Skilled flying LOS
- Adapting well to uncomfortable situations/performing under pressure
- Part 107
- Be a leadership role for other pilots
Product Demo:
- Talk with customers about products
- Personable when meeting new individuals
- Travel an expected average of once a month to attend demos and/or customer sites
