Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned IT Technical Specialist with extensive expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales and Distribution, Pricing, Intercompany Billing, Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, Order Fulfillment, and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate will lead requirements workshops, coordinate with external partners, and manage complex global projects. Responsibilities encompass technical configuration reviews, solution testing, user training, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and support of application systems, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to align project objectives.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops to define project scope and estimates.
- Oversee technical configuration reviews, solution testing, user training, and provide hypercare support.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
- Serve as a technical expert, leading projects and guiding technical staff in implementing new solutions.
- Conduct research and provide technical advice on adopting new technologies and assessing their business impact.
- Review and enhance system designs, monitor performance, and plan for capacity needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new software, utilities, and tools.
- Manage all project documentation, including change requests, testing protocols, and system validation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related business field.
- 10-13 years of experience in SAP OTC processes, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas to senior leaders.
- In-depth understanding of business environments, service requirements, and organizational culture.
- Proficiency in process analysis, cost assessment, and working with service providers to ensure effective operations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through others by building strong relationships.
- Firm yet fair approach to managing operational deliverables.
Preferred Experience:
- Over 5 years of IT experience utilizing standard methodologies, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Experience managing multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and managing IT projects from initiation through execution, including defining requirements, scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinating project teams and fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Facilitating project meetings, tracking progress, and providing regular status updates.
- Managing vendor relationships and integrating their deliverables into project plans.
- Providing technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other applicable standards.
- Maintaining positive communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
