Under general direction of the Director of Repro Graphics, provides supervision and leadership in the area of personnel issues. Is responsible for aspects of Administrative Services for Repro Graphics including Purchasing and Invoice Payment, Internal Recharge Billing, Shipping & Receiving, Delivery Couriers and the general functions of the front office.
This position is located in West Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
High school diploma and/or equivalent certification/experience/training.
Supervisory experience to effectively delegate tasks, recruit and select staff, manage performance, train and motivate employees.
Experience with the operations of an in-house print facility.
Experience with computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office and job creation software.
Customer service skills to follow through on customer requests to resolve problems, answer questions, and use available resources and references.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and familiar with the operations of a higher education print operation.
Experience with Avanti Slingshot.
Experience with UC Enterprise business software.
Knowledge of UC purchasing practices and ordering procedures. Familiar with UC expense and P-Card processes.

Department Overview
Repro Graphics is a complex, self-supporting organization within the Finance, Operations and Administration Division - Supply Chain Management Department of the University. Revenue centers include: Black & White and Color Printing, Bindery, Large Format, Design Services and the Campus Copier Program. The department provides mandatory services within the scope of Policy 5402 and non-mandatory services outside of Policy 5402 within a highly competitive private-sector market. As one of three management positions within the department, this position is responsible for all aspects of Administrative Services for Repro Graphics including Purchasing and Invoice Payment, Internal Recharge Billing, Shipping & Receiving, Delivery Couriers and the general functions of the front office.

Work Environment
