Salary Range (non-exempt): 80-90K + Commission based on department goals

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow a growth strategy focused both on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings and various outreach with prospective clients within your region
- Promote the company's products/services addressing historical data
- Prepare contracts and agreements ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. within CRM
- Provide feedback and post sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine processes and targets
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or as necessary for business.
- Other duties as assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in Gsuite, Outreach.io and Hubspot
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and close deals
- Time management and planning skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record in the tech ed/SaaS industry
- Experience in customer support is a plus
