- Compensation: $97,926 - $146,889 per year (Based on Experience)
- Bonus Potential: 15% + 150% multiplier
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

We are seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead and oversee the perioperative team, ensuring safe patient care while managing surgical operations efficiently. This role requires an experienced leader with a focus on surgical volume growth, operational excellence, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the surgical services team with 24/7 oversight of operations.
- Identify potential issues affecting service delivery and implement effective solutions.
- Drive patient experience initiatives in surgical services.
- Mentor and develop staff through feedback, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to enhance surgical efficiency and growth.
- Enforce standards of care for surgical services and oversee process improvements.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and resource management.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in surgical services required.
- Current RN license required.
- Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
- Proven experience managing OR teams, surgical growth, and compliance.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to COO
- Team Size: 58 FTEs, Clinical Nurse Coordinators & Supervisors
- Surgical Facilities:
- 7 ORs (including a cysto room)
- ~2,200 surgical cases annually
- ~2,000 endoscopy cases annually
- Surgical Specialties:
- General, robotics, spine, women's services, vascular, podiatry, urology
