Qualifications
Active real estate license or pursuing one
Experience or interest in commercial real estate
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
Enterprising mindset and self-motivated drive
Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants)
