The IoT Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for driving the visibility and growth of Rheem's IoT digital capabilities through brand activations, partnerships, and innovative marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about technology and marketing, enjoys managing complex projects, and wants to be at the forefront of Rheem's technology transformation.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division working in Roswell, GA (Hybrid).

This position will serve our Enterprise Division working in Roswell, GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Activation:
- Craft messaging toolkit that highlights the value proposition of IoT digital capabilities
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams to ensure brand alignment with Enterprise objectives
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging, including product literature, websites, social media, and all other platforms
- Develop and execute brand activation strategies to promote IoT digital capabilities
- Manage brand activations and support promotional events to showcase IoT digital capabilities
- Support engagement with current customers and pipeline of potential customers
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business development, product development, marketing, training, and customer service teams to align messaging and ensure a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints
- Work with partners to amplify brand presence and identify new opportunities to enhance positioning in market
- Support IoT partnership campaigns
- Monitor and track the success of campaigns through KPIs and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand activation or marketing, preferably in a technology or IoT-related industry
- An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running to proactively engage teams across business units and functions
- Foundational understanding of the IoT landscape, technologies, and customer needs
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand activation campaigns
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives, drive cross-functional teams, and quickly solve problems
- Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams, IT, Business, and Rheem partners) and external subject matter experts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and use insights to inform decisions
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
