We are looking for self-motivated Process Integration Manager, with good ethics and dedication to be a part of Engineering team working on strategic ambition to be the US leading solar cell manufacturer. The position requires to drive cell efficiency improvement and defect reduction by implementing innovative solutions to the problems. Selected candidates work closely with the other department functions to define all the necessary process, equipment configuration and control procedures to meet product functionality, quality and reliability requirements.

Selected candidates work closely with the other department functions to define all the necessary process, equipment configuration and control procedures to meet product functionality, quality and reliability requirements.
3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Motivate and lead team of Engineers in continuous improvement projects related to key KPI using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen or similar applicable methodology. Achieve Solar Cell Efficiency stability in mass volume production, drive Continuous improvements to benchmark with best in the industry
- Responsible for Electrical and Mechanical yield improvement. Establish systematic problem solving and critical thinking approach to achieve continuous improvement using Six Sigma tools.
- Responsible for defining and sustaining control methods needed to sustain and improve Solar Efficiency to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Drive qualification and in-depth data analysis on new process/material improvements for cost reduction and enhancing cell efficiency/module power. Ensure product reliability while new changes are implemented.
- Engage and lead team towards Industry 4.0. focusing on AI, ML and data analytics. Predictive analytics for fault detection and classification
- As an individual contributor, accountable for developing methods and systems that build Team's competencies and problem-solving skills of Engineers.
- Coaches, mentor and conduct training for targeted organizations on Process and Integration matters.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the organization.
- Responsible for succession plan for Process Integration organization including talent identification and career planning.
4. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be willing to take additional responsibilities as and when needed by the management
- 6. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Technical / Professional:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical/Material/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years working experience in the field of solar/semiconductor Process Engineering.
Technological:
- Knowledge in Semiconductor/Solar cell or module assembly processes
- Strong knowledge and experience in device characterization & new process development methods
- PECVD, Diffusion, Wet process. Metallization knowledge is desirable
- PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis, SPC, Problem solving methodology
- Knowledge in Diode principles and basic semiconductor knowledge
- Familiar with Industry 4.0 concepts
- Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP, Mini-Tab for troubleshooting and data mining
General:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams under pressure

- Ability to perform software simulations using JMP/MATLAB or other simulation software
- Knowledge of Electrical characterization and physical characterization/ Failure Analysis tools for systematic troubleshooting and improvement.
