Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a highly experienced technology enablement GPU leader to join the technology enablement division. Already with a long history of delivering first-to-market, cutting-edge server, and storage innovations, we are looking for a proven technology enablement leader to help us identify new GPU ecosystem opportunities to support accelerated growth and expand into new markets, improve, and streamline existing partnerships and help build a world-class technology enablement function. The ideal candidate needs to have deep understanding in the GPU accelerator market and high-performance computing server segment with strong know-how in the use case of GPU accelerated applications for 5G, telecom, edge, or cloud computing, and/or AI/ML, Deep Learning.

This role will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
Develop and manage complex GPU computing solutions based on Supermicro server hardware and 3rd party GPU accelerators to deliver innovative systems and solutions that have the potential to impact the technology landscape
Manage technical relationship with GPU partners
Become a thought leader on Supermicro GPU based computing solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, and Operation teams to provide and support optimized GPU accelerated computing solutions
Supervising, guidance of customer projects and delivery together with Sales and Operation teams
Highly technical problem solver that has a strong understanding of firmware, drivers, OS, Applications, and their interaction that can cause system issues
Some travel required

Qualifications:
Bachelors' or Masters' degree in engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering and electrical engineering preferred
Minimum 15 years' experience in GPU computing and working with other hardware accelerators such as DSPs & FPGAs and usage of hardware accelerators to speed up Computing, AI/ML, Deep Learning and other workloads
Strong technical background and experience working with GPUs in a server and storage ODM or OEM environment
Familiarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms is required
Strong background and experience with x86-based server architecture
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, solve problems in a time-sensitive manner but with holistic view and objectives in mind
Superb communication skills and serve as reputable technical advisor to influence decision-making, proven record on consulting C-level clients on technical directions which result in business wins
Ability to build and demonstrate proof-of-concept that meets or exceeds customer business needs
Strong leadership - indirectly manage multi-functional teams with high efficiency, able to resolve complex issues and deliver result under pressure and stringent deadlines
Ability to present the corporate brand, product messaging and solutions to customers

Salary Range

$200,000 - $210,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
