Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge in Redhat Linux 7,8,9, Ubuntu, CentOS system administration
• Should have experience in handling High Availability Cluster Environment
• Hands-on administration and operation of scalable IT infrastructures on VMware, and physical environments.
• Good experience in OS Tuning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Linux systems and related infrastructure.
• Resolve complex system issues promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform the Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of Linux servers and applications.
• Implement and enforce security measures and best practices by performing regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and logs to detect and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams / Vendors to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with the OEMs according to the requirement
• Utilize Ansible / Linux scripting (Bourne, PERL, BASH, PowerShell, etc.) to optimize and automate system administrator tasks.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures

• Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment

Salary Range-$58,600-$120,000 a year
