How You Can Join Us

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team for a project at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions tailored to our customers' unique requirements. As a senior team member, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvements to the SharePoint platform.

  • Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint-based solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, forms, and applications.
  • Develop power applications such as Canvas, Power BI, Power automate, and dataverse.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for SharePoint development and customization.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing SharePoint solutions.
    Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SharePoint technology to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    At least 6 years of experience in SharePoint development, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Flow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API
  • Experience in developing power apps such as Canvas, Power BI, Power automate, and/or dataverse
  • Experience with SharePoint migration projects and integration with other systems (e.g., Office 365, Microsoft Teams)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer)
  • Additional experience in SQL Database, portal server infrastructure, JQuery, PowerBi, Canvas, Power automate, and/or client side leveraging

Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Required Certification(s):
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
  • IAT II 8570 Baseline Certification CompTIA Sec+CE or equivalent
