Nous sommes la recherche d'une personne qui se joindra notre quipe en tant que responsable principal de la gestion du changement afin de grer la narration stratgique de la Division tout au long du cycle de vie du portefeuille de projets, ce qui comprend les efforts d'adoption et les initiatives de durabilit. Cette personne veillera ce que les partenaires, les intervenants et les clients soient informs des principaux changements apports aux activits, comprennent les rpercussions du changement et coordonnent toutes les initiatives en soutien au changement.

Il s'agit d'un poste de vice-prsident au sein de l'quipe du BGP de gestion du capital humain, responsable de dfinir efficacement les avantages et les rpercussions du changement, ainsi que de fournir des communications pertinentes et significatives aux personnes concernes, en fonction de l'excution et de la mise en uvre de nos projets et de nos initiatives stratgiques.

We are seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Change Manager, who will manage the Division's strategic narrative across the lifecycle of the project portfolio, including through adoption and sustainability. This individual will ensure that partners, stakeholders and clients will be informed of key changes to the business, understand the implications associated with the change, and coordinate any initiatives in support of the change.

- Offrir un soutien la gestion du changement dans le cadre d'initiatives mondiales qui visent transformer le travail du service de GCH
- Effectuer la schmatisation des intervenants et l'analyse des rpercussions du changement pour tre en mesure de formuler des recommandations stratgiques lies l'approche du changement, y compris les activits d'engagement, les communications, la formation et le soutien pour la mise en service
- Aider les chefs de projet transformer l'information complexe en contenu facile assimiler et significatif utiliser dans une grande varit de forums, y compris la cration de points de discussion et de prsentations PowerPoint connexes
- Prparer les runions des responsables de la gestion du changement et offrir du soutien lors des runions pour les forums internes (GCH), les forums des clients (units fonctionnelles et divisions) et divers intervenants
- Soutenir les membres de l'quipe et les champions du changement dans plusieurs quipes/emplacements
- S'assurer qu'une approche cohrente de gestion du changement est utilise dans l'ensemble des projets rgionaux, puis adapte aux besoins du projet individuel
Ce que demande le rle :
- Diplme universitaire ou au moins huit ans d'exprience en gestion du changement ou en gestion de projets
- Forte orientation client avec un jugement exceptionnel, des comptences analytiques, une pense critique, une capacit influencer et des comptences verbales et crites
- Capacit tablir des relations entre les rgions et les fonctions, en partenariat avec des membres de l'quipe de tous les niveaux
- Aptitude travailler dans un environnement qui volue rapidement

What you'll do in the role:
- Provide change management support on global initiatives which aim to transform the work of the HCM department
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to be able to make strategic recommendations about change approach, inclusive of engagement activities, communications, training and go-live support
- Support Project Leads distill complex information into digestible and meaningful content for use in a wide variety of forums, including the creation of related executive talking-points and PowerPoint presentations
- Prepare and support the Change Management Lead meetings to both internal (HCM) and client (business unit and divisional) forums to various stakeholders
- Support team members and change champions across multiple teams/locations.
- Ensure consistent change management approach is used across the regional projects, then tailor for the needs of the individual project
What you'll bring to the role:
- University degree and or 8+ years Change Management or Project Management experience
- Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills
- Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
