Qualifications:
PhD in Chemistry with 10+ years' experience in commercial small molecule manufacture support and related characterization techniques; Knowledge in petroleum fuels and polymers is a plus
Requirements:
This position is responsible for critical experimental projects in support of innovation, product development, portfolio maintenance, marketing and/or plant support within the department. Key products supported include the full spectrum of engine and driveline oils, hydraulic fluids and industrial lubricants and greases.
Ensuring compliance with all HSSE requirements and good laboratory practices, with effective interaction with all stakeholders and project leads, the successful candidate will primarily develop, troubleshoot, and maintain the experiments focusing on chemical characterization. He (she) will also work with the research and development team in areas of rheology and tribology rheology, tribology, and immersion cooling.
Requirements:
