The role will focus on operationalizing and automating the current vendor on-boarding and due diligence process, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders from across the.
You Will
- ssist with the implementation of a TPRM tool and integrating other systems of record
- ssist with maintaining the TPRM framework and processes
- Work with Third Party Relationship Owners (TPRO) and business stakeholders to resolve TPRM tool requests and issues
- ssess, monitor and track TPRM lifecycle activities (risk assessment & due diligence, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring and termination)
- Update TPRM procedures to ensure alignment with Block Third Party Risk Management Policy and updating risk rating methodology periodically
- Prepare third party risk reports
- Help maintain program oversight of strategic/critical supplier relationships
- Monitor key supplier performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements
- Facilitate the collection of required artifacts (e.g. SOC reports, audited financials, BCP documentation, etc.) from strategic/critical suppliers on a regular cadence
- Collect supporting documentation for external audit requests
You have:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth technology environment; Experience in Banking, Fintech, Financial Services or other regulated industries are a plus
- Strong interest and ability to learn new concepts and ways of working

- Experience with vendor lifecycle, supplier management and/or procurement
