Duties:
- Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, in-country Marketing teams, etc.) to ensure localization requirements are implemented and the localization processes are effective and well understood.
- Schedule, manage, coordinate, track, and troubleshoot localization projects and tasks for multiple locales/languages for a variety of deliverables.
- Manage projects E2E successfully by partnering with peers, sister teams, and other relevant business units as well as external linguists and LSPs to tailor efficient localization processes including translation, localization, and LQA tasks to meet our internal partner's needs.
- Design and implement a robust localization project management framework and continue to evolve it to best address existing and new locales challenges
- Evangelize localization best practices and ensure both external and internal partners compliance
- Passionate and knowledgeable about globalizing software and hardware.
- Familiarity with Marketing transcreation, Product and Website localization process, and technology
- Experience with globalization management systems, content management systems, video localization tools, and LQA testing methodologies.
- Outstanding organizational skills: ability to handle multiple projects keeping sight of the big picture while interacting with various stakeholders simultaneously and tracking detailed milestones.
- Ability to identify requirements and prioritize critical deliverables and clearly articulate status updates to different audiences filtering relevant information.
- Experience as an excellent team player in a fast-paced multi-cultural team.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- 4+ years of experience in Localization project management including vendor management
