Director, Calloway-Young Cancer Center

Valley View's Calloway-Young Cancer Center is seeking a qualified Director to oversee all clinical, operational, financial and strategic aspects of the Cancer Center. The Cancer Center Director works closely with senior leadership to enhance the center's repuation, growth and impact.

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the Cancer Center, aligning goals with Valley View's mission and strategic priorities
• Manage budgetary and financial performance of the Cancer Center, ensuring the responsible allocation of resources and sustainability of programs
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, providers, and staff
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of practice management experience; Oncology preferred
• Management skills of organization, interpersonal communication skills, mediation and negotiation, independent decision making, strategic planning
