The SrNPI Product Specialist - Spectra Armor is a senior role responsible foroverseeing and driving the success of the company's products. This positioncombines deep product knowledge with strategic oversight, leadership, andcross-functional collaboration to enhance product performance, meet marketdemands, and support overall business objectives.

Work Schedule: 3/2 hybrid after first 90-days with Honeywell
Ideal Candidate:
Key Responsibilities:
NPI Project Management: Lead or supervise new productintroduction process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure thetimely and successful launch of new products.
Strategic Planning: Support strategies for newproduct introductions that align with market needs and business goals. Provideinsights and recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate withR&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensurealignment and integration of new products. Facilitate effective communicationand resolve any issues that arise.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support andguidance throughout the NPI process. Address complex technical issues andensure that new products meet quality and performance standards.
Product Validation: Support product testing andvalidation activities to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatoryrequirements. Identify and address any issues that arise during testing.
Market Readiness: Collaborate with marketing andsales teams ensure that new products are well-positioned in the market andsupported with appropriate training and materials.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensivedocumentation related to new product introductions. Prepare and present reportson project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage withcustomers and stakeholders to gather feedback on new products. Utilize feedbackto drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potentialissues during the NPI phase and develop solutions to address them. Implementstrategies to prevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.

Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role,
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
