Duties:
  • Support Marketing, Creative, and/or Production Teams with their Influencer and Sponsorship Engagement Request through our source-to-pay processes, procedures and policies
  • Review incoming and ongoing vendor engagement and contract requests. Support requestors through the source-to-pay process.
  • Review and approve PR's/PO's by confirming requests have gone through the source-to-pay process.
  • Assist with reviewing and closing out aged vendor engagement requests.
  • Support Assigned Sourcing Projects with a traditional 7-step sourcing process, alignment with sourcing policies, and use of appropriate sourcing tools.
  • When applicable work to identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve operational efficiencies of Sourcing processes.
  • Ensure alignment with category strategy and corporate policies through continuous dialogue with category, procurement, and business stakeholder leads.
  • Inform category lead with insights into sourcing and contract trends.
Skills:
  • Experience supporting Marketing, Creative, and/or Production teams.
  • Experience working with marketing, creative, and/or production agencies, vendors,and technology along with familiarity of relevant contract types.
  • Experience specifically with working with Influencer and Sponsorship Agreements and Onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited top tier university.
  • Experience with Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay Practices.
  • Ability to align cross-functional sourcing needs amongst Sourcing, Legal, Marketing/Creative/Production, and other risk-based teams.
  • Superior relationship building, relationship management, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Communicates effectively, listens carefully, and seeks and values different perspectives of others.
  • Experience using Procurement and Sourcing Tools such as SCOUT, COUPA, Oracle, etc.
Education:
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing project management, and/or contract management or business affairs experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
