The high performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

What You Will Do
- Support North American business through efficient & future-proof operations by translating business priorities into operational levers.
- Partner with sales teams in operational processes covering the entire sales cycle (from pre-sales to post-sales), striking a balance between revenue generation, efficiency & risk control.
- Own business critical processes such as sales incentive calculations, client set up & incentive approvals, account hygiene, and exceptions evaluation, to ensure final payouts are accurate & adherent to policies.
- Support business planning & analysis by providing sales teams with accurate & relevant data which could drive actionable insights.
- Develop subject matter expertise in the CRM system, sales cycle & client landscape, support sales requests & approvals with speed & accuracy.
- Troubleshoot system & data issues, apply critical problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues & come up with sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability and appetite to learn quickly and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing output quality.
- Ability to evaluate problems from multiple perspectives and apply critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (i.e. Google Ads Manager, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) is a plus
- Base location: New York, Los Angeles
