The Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy and implementing products that contribute to the success of the business with measurable impact. This role requires product expertise, leadership, a track record of partnering with executive stakeholders, and technical expertise. The individual in this role will have extensive experience launching successful products and expertly partnering to enable efficient product delivery using agile methodologies. This role will drive innovation, efficiency, and improve the overall customer and team member experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defines and communicates a Product's vision, strategy, and roadmap addressing business objectives, customer feedback, and competitors.
- An extensive track record of leading with influence and gaining alignment on vision and strategy.
- Develops a Product's phases and execution plans including the Minimum Viable Product and iterative enhancements to ensure value is delivered incrementally to achieve the vision and business objectives.
- Creates high-quality Product presentations, artifacts, and demos to gain alignment.
- Expertise in effectively communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Expertly guides product direction for a cross-functional team of design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure execution to plan acting as a leader for the whole team.
- Measures Product performance by clearly defining, tracking, and reporting on success metrics
- Optimizes Product performance by eliciting feedback and identifying Product enhancements
- Displays strong leadership skills when roadblocks or challenges arise, leveraging skills and experiences to resolve issues
- Shares best practices and Mentors teammates on Product Management principals.
- Partners with Product Leadership to improve Product Management processes.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

- Advanced knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience leading a horizontal team with vertical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field and 9-10 years of experience in a Product or comparable role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage, Banking, Real Estate, or Financial Services, preferred.
