Job Description The successful individual will be an integral part of the Project Management Team and will be responsible for, but not necessarily limited to, the following duties:
Develop the terms of the detailed project plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval.
Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects if required.
Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.
Work collaboratively with third party vendors and other partners to include their delivery as part of
the overall implementation plan.
Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.
Identify changes to resourcing requirements Skill set info Demonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing different, complex Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment.
Candidate to provide details of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) projects they've managed.
Complex is defined as a project with multiple stakeholders, vendors and complex cloud integrations with public facing components.
Demonstrated Project Management experience including successfully managing team resources, risks, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities following Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, processes and documentation.
Demonstrated experience in implementing practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks is essential, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees.
Demonstrated experience managing at least two (2) large CRM projects with cloud integrations (large means budget of at least $500,000).
Provide project complexity, budget, and team size.
Demonstrated experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated experience working with tools such as CMDB. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Certifications (if required) Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. (required)
Certification as an organizational change management practitioner is considered an asset. Documentation Required for submission copy of a valid Certificate is required.
