Roles & Responsibilities
- The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering customer solutions for the professional services organization.
- This person has primary responsibility for the technical viability of a customer solution.
- Led a change team delivering a change program to support enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs. Organizational Change Management Architect/Team Lead T&M, customer-facing, OCM lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) solution architecture design and deployment for Microsoft enterprise customers across all industries Lead OCM delivery teams and customer meetings across the LATAM, United States, and Canada, Understand and drive to achieve customer and business outcomes.
