The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. The Director of Home Care and Clinic is responsible for directing and organizing the daily operations of The Cedars Home Care Agency and Wellness Clinic and for assisting with the development of programs to meet those needs, and teaching self-help techniques to ensure that the medical, social, and emotional needs and the general welfare of Members are met. Additional responsibilities include initiating the business marketing plan, as directed, as well as maintaining and enhancing the current customer base; identifying need for new products and markets; ensuring compliance with all regulations and regulatory agencies; implementing/monitoring the budget and operating expenses; analyzing and managing labor costs and margin, operational break-even point, and financial reports; hiring, training, evaluating and supervising departmental staff.
