Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and white-collar matters.
- Conduct internal investigations and advise clients on risk management.
- Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced litigators on high-profile cases.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Background in business litigation, white-collar defense, and internal investigations preferred.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high-level assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent academic credentials from a top law school.
- Salary: $260,000 - $365,000 (based on experience and location).
