This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience to work on high-stakes disputes, shareholder litigation, white-collar matters, and internal investigations at a top firm.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and white-collar matters.
• Conduct internal investigations and advise clients on risk management.
• Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced litigators on high-profile cases.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Background in business litigation, white-collar defense, and internal investigations preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage high-level assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent academic credentials from a top law school.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $260,000 - $365,000 (based on experience and location).
